Return and Exchange Procedure

  1. Exchange and return are processed within a maximum of 2 days after the customer receives their product.
  2. Exchange products must arrive at VEM within 3 days after complaining.
  3. The customer will not be responsible for the shipping charge when the problem is on our side. This does not apply when the customer makes a return due to the customer’s error (exchange size, wrong product purchase, etc.)

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Customers must do the video and photo unboxing including the product.
  2. Photo and video must be clear, unedited, and uncut. Unboxing is done by opening the package to show the VEM product. 
  3. An exchange product must be in the same condition as the initial purchase (undamaged, unwashed, tag and packaging must be included)
  4. The team will check the condition first before sending the product to the exchange and return process.
  5. We do not accept any claims without valid proof.
