Return and Exchange Procedure
- Exchange and return are processed within a maximum of 2 days after the customer receives their product.
- Exchange products must arrive at VEM within 3 days after complaining.
- The customer will not be responsible for the shipping charge when the problem is on our side. This does not apply when the customer makes a return due to the customer’s error (exchange size, wrong product purchase, etc.)
Return and Exchange Policy
- Customers must do the video and photo unboxing including the product.
- Photo and video must be clear, unedited, and uncut. Unboxing is done by opening the package to show the VEM product.
- An exchange product must be in the same condition as the initial purchase (undamaged, unwashed, tag and packaging must be included)
- The team will check the condition first before sending the product to the exchange and return process.
- We do not accept any claims without valid proof.
